Trainings heldoutside the European Union (e.g., South Korea) are not subject to VAT.

K-YOUTY SAS reserves the right to modify the course content, trainers, or venue, while maintaining the over all quality of the program.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, visuals, and documentation are protected by copyright.
Any reproduction or distribution with outpriorwritten consent isstrictlyprohibited.
7. Liability
K-YOUTY SAS shall not beheld liable for personalbelongingslost or damagedduring training, nor for anymisuse of the acquiredknowledge.
8. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute shallfallunder the jurisdiction of the courts of Rouen, France, unlessotherwiserequired by law.
